Mahindra signs MoU with Gujarat to establish new industrial park

Mahindra Lifespace Developers, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of Mahindra Group, has signed a MoU with the Government of Gujarat, through a 100% subsidiary, to establish a 350-acre, multi-product industrial park near Ahmedabad. The proposed new industrial park is being planned to cater to non-polluting industries.

The industrial park is expected to create direct and indirect employment for about 12,000 persons when it becomes fully operational. The industrial park will be developed under Gujarat Industrial Policy 2015.
